Oasis Foundation Women Host Newcomers Welcome Event in Seattle

A Night of Welcome: Celebrating New Beginnings with Our Community

Community is built through connection, compassion, and shared moments—and our recent Newcomers Welcome Party was a beautiful reflection of just that.

Oasis Foundation Women, in partnership with The Circle Organization, was honored to host a special evening dedicated to welcoming new families into our community in Seattle. The gathering brought together 76 women as we celebrated and supported 20 newly arrived families, creating a space filled with warmth, understanding, and belonging.

The evening was marked by heartfelt conversations, shared meals, and joyful smiles. Women from diverse backgrounds came together, exchanging stories, laughter, and encouragement. For many newcomers, this event was more than a gathering—it was a reminder that they are not alone and that a supportive community is here to walk alongside them.

Moments like these highlight the power of togetherness. When we open our hearts and our spaces, we create opportunities for meaningful connections that strengthen not only individuals but the entire community.
